Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Bani Yas City. The primary responsibility of the Sales Manager will be to lead and manage the sales teams and coordinate sales activities. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, as well as developing strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will also be responsible for recruiting, managing, and motivating the sales team.

Requirements for Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management position
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary
• Ability to relocate if necessary
