Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Supervisor to join our team at Al-Kuwait. As the Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees and ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be expected to set expectations for your team and create plans to meet them, provide guidance on safety regulations, and ensure quality control standards are met.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will need to have prior experience in a supervisory role, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with employees. In addition, you should have a good understanding of workplace safety regulations and quality control systems. Having a degree in business management or related fields is preferred but not required.
