Office Assistant - Abu Dhabi
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work independently. They should also have a friendly demeanor and be comfortable interacting with clients.
Responsibilities:
• Answer phones, take messages, and provide customer service
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate office
• Perform general office duties such as photocopying, filing, faxing, etc.
• Prepare reports as requested by management
• Ensure that all office supplies are adequately stocked
• Maintain records of office activities
• Assist with accounting tasks including invoicing and billing
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) required
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Salary: 1200 AED per month. We are ready to consider an immigrant.
