Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys to accurately measure, plot and map the location of properties. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in land surveying and should have exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
• Set up survey equipment and collect data regarding the topography of the land
• Analyze data from aerial photographs, maps, drawings, or other sources
• Interpret survey data to identify property boundaries and prepare legal descriptions
• Determine reference points using surveying techniques
• Record the results of surveys using notes, sketches, diagrams, or computer applications as necessary
• Assist with other mapping activities such as creating digital terrain models or establishing control networks
• Adhere to safety rules while operating machinery or working outdoors in all weather conditions

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in land surveying
• Knowledge of survey instruments including theodolites, GPS receivers, total stations, and 3D scanners
• Ability to work with minimal supervision while delivering high quality work on time
• Excellent communication skills both in Arabic and English
• Ability to work effectively outdoors in all weather conditions
Salary: 1700 AED per month. We are ready to consider foreigners for this position.
