We are looking for a highly experienced Security Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must have a strong background in security, ideally with prior experience in this role. The Security Manager will be responsible for planning and carrying out security strategies to ensure the safety of our staff, customers and premises. They must remain alert at all times, as well as coordinate with team members to detect any suspicious activity that may pose a threat.

The Security Manager must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to handle inquiries from customers and staff in a professional manner. He/she will also be responsible for liaising with local law enforcement agencies, as well as other security firms when necessary. He/she should also be able to respond quickly and calmly to emergency situations, while ensuring the safety of everyone present.

In addition to overseeing the security team and training them on proper procedures, the Security Manager will also be responsible for conducting regular security assessments of the premises and making recommendations based on their findings. This position requires an individual who is comfortable working independently but also takes direction from senior management when needed.

The salary for this role is 1600 per month and we are open to considering non-locals if they meet the requirements mentioned above.
