Position: Sales Manager
Location: Abu-Dhabi
Salary: 1000 (Open to Consider Immigrants)

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager for our Abu-Dhabi office. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales Management.

The Sales Manager will report directly to the Head of the Marketing Department and will be responsible for overseeing the sales activities of the company, developing sales strategies, forecasting sales goals, and managing customer relationships. The successful candidate should be able to identify new customer opportunities and generate leads to drive revenue growth. The Sales Manager must also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities include:
• Developing long-term relationships with customers and suppliers
• Identifying customer needs and selling products accordingly
• Creating sales plans and forecasting annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets
• Analyzing market trends to determine customer needs
• Developing promotional materials to increase sales
• Monitoring competitor activities to stay ahead in the market
• Managing day-to-day operations of the sales team

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred
• 3+ years’ experience in Sales Management; previous experience in the Middle East is preferred
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
