Librarian job in Sharjah UAE for unskilled workers


We are seeking a talented and experienced Librarian to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the library, including managing the cataloging and organization of materials, providing reference services, and assisting patrons with their research needs. They will also be tasked with maintaining the library's collections, ensuring they are kept up to date and well-stocked. Additionally, they will be expected to create promotional material for library events, manage staff schedules, and engage with customers in order to improve their experience in the library.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, exceptional interpersonal skills, and an understanding of modern technology. They should have prior experience working in a library setting as well as knowledge of best practices concerning cataloging techniques. Additionally, they should have a degree or certification related to Library Science or Information Science from an accredited institute. We are willing to consider immigrants for this position.

The salary for this role is 1500 AED per month and is dependent on qualifications and experience.
