Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be expected to oversee staff and ensure smooth operations on a daily basis. This includes managing staff performance, monitoring task completion, delegating tasks, motivating staff members, managing conflicts and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Additionally you will need to update staff records regularly and ensure quality control is maintained at all times.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is able to provide sound leadership skills in order to efficiently manage the team. A Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred but not required; however we require the successful candidate possess excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) as well as strong problem solving abilities. It would also be preferable if the applicant had prior supervisory or management experience in a customer service setting.
