Job Summary
Supervisor – Al-Kuwait, 1500 salary

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization and ensuring optimal performance of all staff. This position offers a competitive salary of 1500 per month and is open to immigrants.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise staff to ensure high quality standards are met in all aspects of their work
• Monitor the performance of staff and provide feedback and support for improvement
• Manage employee scheduling, attendance, and disciplinary actions
• Create a positive work environment through effective communication with employees
• Track progress on projects and other tasks, delegating responsibilities as needed
• Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as required
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and legal requirements .
• Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
• Proven experience as a supervisor or similar role
• Working knowledge of company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Good problem solving abilities
• Ability to motivate team members
