Job Description:
We are looking for a Florist with excellent customer service and organizational skills to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating arrangements with fresh flowers, providing customers with design ideas and suggestions, and ensuring that the shop is well stocked and properly maintained. The Florist must have an eye for detail, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
• Design beautiful arrangements with fresh flowers according to customer specifications
• Advise customers on the types of flowers available and suggest suitable designs for different occasions
• Ensure that the shop is well stocked and properly maintained, including ordering inventory when needed
• Answer customer inquiries regarding flower care and maintenance
• Manage transactions using POS systems accurately and efficiently
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing friendly, courteous service at all times
• Assist in other duties as required by store management

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Previous experience as a Florist preferred but not required
• Knowledge of various types of flowers and their care requirements
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs (20 kg) on occasion
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
