Job Title: Florist
Salary: 1200 KWD
Location: Al-Kuwait

We are looking to hire an experienced Florist to join our team at our shop in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have an eye for detail, a passion for floristry and excellent customer service skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating floral displays and arrangements, maintaining store stock, advising customers on flower selection and care and managing the shop's day-to-day operations. You will also be tasked with processing orders, carrying out deliveries and providing general assistance to customers. You should be able to work flexible hours as needed.

To be considered for this position, you must have at least 2 years of experience as a Florist or similar role. Previous management experience is preferred but not required. You must also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work without supervision while meeting deadlines. Knowledge of flower varieties and care is essential. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of flowers from all around the world, so having an artistic eye is highly desirable.
