We are seeking an experienced Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately measuring the dimensions of land or buildings and preparing detailed reports about their findings. They will also be involved in laying out boundaries for construction projects and providing advice on land ownership issues.

Job Responsibilities:
• Measure the dimensions of land or buildings using specialist survey equipment
• Prepare detailed reports on measurements taken from various sites
• Establish boundary lines for construction projects
• Provide advice on land ownership issues
• Monitor construction progress to ensure that it complies with survey plans
• Assist with other related administrative tasks as needed
• Maintain records of surveyed areas and prepare maps of boundaries, etc.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Surveyor or similar role
• Knowledge of surveying techniques and principles, especially related to GPS/GNSS systems and laser scanning technology
• Experience with AutoCAD or similar programs is preferred but not essential
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
