Restaurant Manager job vacancy in Dubai UAE


We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team and manage the daily operations of our restaurant in Dubai. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the front-of-house operations, including hiring, training, supervising and evaluating service staff; managing budgets and financial plans; ensuring customer satisfaction; developing marketing plans; coordinating events and parties; managing inventory and ordering supplies.

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications: a Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field; at least three years of restaurant management experience; excellent organizational, problem solving and customer service skills; strong knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards; proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time position paying a salary of 1400 AED per month, with additional performance bonuses based on meeting or exceeding targets. We are willing to consider both local candidates as well as foreigners who meet the qualifications.
