Restaurant Manager job vacancy in Dubai UAE


We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operations of the restaurant and its staff. Responsibilites include but are not limited to: overseeing and coordinating all daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining a high level of food and beverage quality, developing menus, ensuring cost control, managing staff performance, and meeting budget and sales goals. Additionally, the Restaurant Manager will be responsible for developing relationships with suppliers and negotiating contracts in order to maximize efficiency of operations.

The ideal candidate for this role should have excellent communication skills both verbally and written, be highly organized with strong time-management skills, and be able to multitask efficiently. They should also possess a good understanding of health & safety regulations related to restaurant management and have knowledge on inventory management systems such as ordering supplies in bulk or on an as-needed basis. Previous experience in the restaurant industry is preferred but minimal experience is acceptable.

This position offers a competitive salary of 1200 AED per month plus benefits package commensurate with experience. We welcome applications from immigrants who are eligible to work in Dubai.
