Position Title: Restaurant Manager

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. This role is responsible for overseeing the entire operations of the restaurant, from food quality and service levels to employee management and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate must possess excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills as well as strong knowledge of the hospitality industry.

The successful candidate will be expected to manage all day-to-day activities in the restaurant, ensuring that customers have a positive and memorable dining experience every time. Responsibilities include hiring staff, training employees, managing budgets and expenses, setting up marketing campaigns, resolving customer complaints, ensuring health and safety standards are met at all times and developing strategies to increase sales.

This position requires a proactive person who is able to work independently with minimal supervision. The successful applicant must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. Candidate must also be familiar with local food trends and needs in order to ensure that the menu is attractive and competitive. In addition, previous experience in managing multiple restaurants or international experience will be preferred but not required.
