Position Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring top quality customer service, leading and inspiring staff, and managing costs. They must also have excellent management and communication skills to ensure smooth running of the business. The ideal candidate should have strong business acumen to help increase sales and profitability. They should also possess a great eye for detail to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for setting up operational plans to ensure efficient operations on a daily basis. This includes monitoring staff performance, providing training and coaching as needed, scheduling shifts, ensuring food safety regulations are met, ordering supplies, coordinating with vendors, maintaining records (e.g., sales reports), and implementing marketing strategies. In addition, they will be in charge of handling customer inquiries or complaints in a professional manner, while also creating promotions to attract customers and managing relationships with suppliers.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or a related field
• Previous experience in restaurant management is preferred
• Excellent knowledge of customer service standards and procedures
• Proven ability to lead a team
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing & speaking)

Salary & Benefits:
This position offers an attractive salary of 1500 AED per month along with other benefits such as medical insurance. We are also open to consider an immigrant who has the necessary qualifications for this role.
