We are looking for a full-time Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a good understanding of the local market. No prior experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn and grow is essential. This position offers a competitive salary of 1600.

The primary responsibilities of the Merchandiser include, but are not limited to:
• Analyzing marketing data and trends in order to develop insight into customer needs and product demand
• Building relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders within the local market
• Developing promotional strategies and campaigns in order to drive sales
• Managing inventory levels based on customer demand
• Analyzing sales data and implementing strategies for increasing sales
• Ensuring alignment between product availability and customer wants/needs
• Maintaining accurate records of all transactions
• Collaborating with other departments such as marketing, sales, and finance in order to optimize merchandising efforts.
