We are looking for an Executive Chef to join our team at Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will need to have a passion for cooking and be able to create new and exciting dishes. They must have excellent organizational skills, as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen staff, managing the menu creation, and ensuring that customer satisfaction standards are met. They must ensure that all dishes are prepared according to health and food safety regulations. The Executive Chef will also be responsible for training staff, creating new recipes and menus, and developing cost-effective strategies for food production.

The ideal candidate should have experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-end restaurant environment. We would prefer candidates with culinary arts qualifications or relevant certifications; however we are willing to consider those who have not yet acquired these qualifications but have extensive work experience in the culinary field. As this is a position open to immigrants, we are also willing to consider candidates who may not yet have work experience but who can demonstrate strong passion for cooking and culinary arts.
