Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to management and staff, including filing, data entry, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings. In addition, the Office Assistant will be responsible for managing office supplies and equipment, ensuring the office is kept neat and tidy at all times.
Requirements for the Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• At least one year of experience working in an office setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Knowledge of general office procedures and practices.
Salary: 1000 per month
