Job Summary:

We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our team and take care of our organization's human resources. This position will be based in Al-Kuwait and will be responsible for managing our HR department in order to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of our organization. The successful candidate will ensure that all HR activities are carried out in compliance with local regulations and labor laws. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about human resources and has a strong understanding of the industry.

Job Duties:

The HR Manager’s primary duty is to manage the personnel of the organization, including recruitment, training, employee relations, benefits management, performance reviews and employee retention. They will oversee personnel records management systems and develop policies that comply with local regulations. The manager will also ensure company compliance with current labor laws by monitoring changes in related legislation and fostering positive employee relations through open communication channels. Additionally, they will work closely with other departments to develop strategies to improve the efficiency of the organization’s operations.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess an extensive knowledge of human resources principles and best practices as well as a thorough understanding of local labor laws. They should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, able to multitask efficiently while meeting deadlines, have good problem-solving skills as well as strong interpersonal skills in order to handle difficult situations confidently when they arise. A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is preferred but not required for this position. Experience in human resources management is also preferred but not required - we are willing to consider candidates with no experience who demonstrate good potential to perform well in this role.

Salary:

This position offers a salary of 900 per month plus benefits such as health insurance coverage, transportation allowance or any other benefit suitable according to the employee's needs.
