Librarian job in Al-Kuwait Kuwait for unskilled worker


We are looking for a qualified Librarian to work in our Al-Kuwait Library. In this role, you will be responsible for managing library operations and resources, providing reference services, supervising staff, and connecting patrons with the materials they need. You will also be tasked with cataloging new materials and maintaining up-to-date records of circulation. You should have excellent organizational and communication skills, a passion for books and other printed material, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

The ideal candidate should hold an undergraduate degree in library science or a related field. Additionally, you should have a minimum of three years of experience working in library services as well as proficiency in the use of computer software programs for administrative purposes. We value creativity, outstanding customer service skills, exemplary problem-solving abilities, and the willingness to go above and beyond to ensure our patrons’ satisfaction. Finally, you must be able to work independently as well as part of a team while adhering to library policies and procedures.
