Position Responsibilities:
- Developing teaching methods and strategies that accommodate all learning styles, levels, needs, interests, abilities, and backgrounds of the students.
- Designing lesson plans based on curriculum objectives.
- Setting expectations for student behavior.
- Assessing student progress in relation to achievement goals.
- Engaging students in classroom activities and providing feedback on their performance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or similar field.
- Previous experience teaching in an educational setting preferred but not required.
- Ability to use technology for instructional purposes (e.g., Smart Boards).
- Ability to create a positive learning environment.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
