We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Sharjah. Our ideal candidate is a friendly, motivated individual with great customer service skills and flexibility.

The Barista will be expected to provide excellent customer service while preparing and serving coffee drinks. To do this, the Barista must be knowledgeable in all aspects of coffee-making, including grinding beans, making espresso drinks, and using other various brewing methods. Additionally, the Barista will be responsible for taking orders from customers and cashiering duties as needed.

We offer a competitive salary of 1700 plus benefits such as health insurance and paid vacation days. We are open to considering an immigrant for this position who already have appropriate documents or can obtain the necessary paperwork to work in the country.

To qualify for this role, you must have at least two years of previous experience working as a barista in a cafe or restaurant setting. You should also possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to handle customer complaints in a professional manner. Knowledge of different brewing methods is essential for this role. Lastly, you should be able to work flexible hours since we are open seven days a week and operate late hours on some nights.
