Librarian job vacancy in Dubai UAE for unskilled workers


We are looking for a capable and knowledgeable Librarian to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate should have an excellent understanding of the library system, as well as current trends and developments in the library industry. You will be responsible for organizing material within the library, cataloging books and other material, providing reference services to patrons, and creating an inviting environment for readers.

The ideal candidate should have strong research skills and be able to use both traditional and electronic resources to help patrons find the information they need. They should also be able to use computer databases to organize material, present information in a variety of formats, and help patrons access digital materials.

The successful applicant will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. They should be able to explain complex concepts in simple language, provide advice in a friendly manner, and ensure that patrons understand how to use library services correctly. We are looking for someone who is organized, has strong attention to detail, is comfortable working independently, and can work well with minimal supervision.

We offer a salary of 1100 AED per month. This position is open to both local applicants as well as immigrants who meet the necessary criteria. No prior experience is required but candidates with experience will be given priority during the selection process.
