We are looking for a motivated Barista to join our team in AL-Kuwait.

The successful candidate will have experience in a coffee shop or restaurant setting and will be responsible for preparing and serving hot and cold drinks. You will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, specialty coffee drinks, teas, smoothies, etc.
• Process cash payments from customers
• Clean the café area at the end of each shift
• Ensure that all products are stocked properly
• Maintain cleanliness of all equipment used in the café
• Monitor the quality of ingredients used in beverages; ensure that all recipes are followed correctly
• Assist customers with questions related to menu items
• Follow health and safety regulations when handling food items

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in a barista or related role preferred
• Knowledge of various types of coffee beverages preferred
• Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• Outstanding customer service skills
