Job Summary: Al-Kuwait is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced waiter to serve customers in our restaurant. This position requires excellent customer service skills to ensure our guests have an enjoyable experience. The successful candidate will be able to multi-task in a busy environment, have the ability to take orders and serve food and beverages efficiently, accurately and courteously. We offer a competitive salary of 1800 (or equivalent in local currency).

Duties & Responsibilities: The waiter position involves providing excellent customer service as per the restaurant’s standards while displaying courtesy and professionalism at all times. This includes taking orders accurately, delivering food promptly, clearing tables quickly after guests are finished with their meal, upselling additional items, handling cash register transactions accurately, responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner and abiding by health codes at all times.

Qualifications & Skills: To qualify for this position, candidates must have at least one year of experience working as a waiter or in a related role. They must also possess excellent communication skills; be able to read, write and speak English fluently; have basic math skills; be able to work flexible hours; possess strong problem-solving abilities; demonstrate good organizational skills; be able to work well under pressure; maintain professional composure while interacting with customers; pay attention to detail when taking orders and serving food; and possess a valid immigration status (if applicable).
