We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Khalifah A City. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office and will be expected to handle a variety of tasks related to the smooth running of the office. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200 per month and we are ready to consider an immigrant.

Job Responsibilities
• Greet visitors and answer phones in a professional manner
• Maintain office supplies by ordering, stocking and distributing materials as needed
• Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, spreadsheets, etc.
• Manage filing systems - both physical and electronic - for easy access of documents
• Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking notes during meetings etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Previous experience working in an administrative role preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask effectively while paying attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs
