We are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef for our restaurant located in Khawr Fakkan, United Arab Emirates. The Pastry Chef will be responsible for creating high-quality pastries and desserts, monitoring our pastry kitchen operations, and developing new recipes.

The successful candidate should have a minimum of five years experience in a professional baking environment as a pastry chef. They should possess a strong knowledge of French-style baking techniques and ingredients as well as the ability to prepare a variety of desserts including cakes, pies, cookies, mousses and ice creams. They should also have excellent organizational skills and be able to train new staff members.

The ideal candidate should also be creative with an eye for presentation when plating desserts as well as being able to work well under pressure. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about food and have a keen interest in learning new recipes and techniques. The position offers an attractive salary of 1200 AED per month.
