Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in El-Ain. The successful candidate will play a vital role in developing our product range and marketing campaigns to ensure success in the marketplace. This position offers a salary of 1400 and we are happy to consider foreign applicants.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze sales trends, customer preferences, and market conditions to determine product range.
• Develop strategies for pricing, promotions, product placement, and display in retail stores.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure products are delivered on time and within budget.
• Prepare reports for management on sales performance and customer feedback.
• Work with other departments such as marketing and design to develop visuals for new products.
• Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Initiate market research activities to keep up-to-date with trends in the industry.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required.
• At least 1 year of experience in merchandising or related field is required.
• Proven track record of successful product launches and campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively both verbally and written form.
• Ability to work well under pressure with tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality of outputs.
