The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to develop strong relationships with customers. You should also have previous experience in sales management roles as well as knowledge of market trends and practices. Additionally, you should be organized with great attention to detail, able to multitask effectively, and have the ability to work well under pressure. A background in business or marketing is preferred but not required.
