Al Shamkhah City is looking for an experienced waiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing excellent customer service, as well as great knowledge of food and beverage items. The primary responsibilities of the position include: greeting customers, taking orders, serving food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring that all dishes are presented in an attractive way, being knowledgeable about menu items and ingredients, answering customer inquiries regarding menu items or special requests, recommending dishes to customers based on their preferences, handling payment transactions accurately and efficiently. Additionally, the successful candidate must be able to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude.
