The ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience in designing for digital platforms such as websites, apps, and social media. He or she should be well-versed in different design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Candidates must also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, that will allow them to interact efficiently with other departments and clients.
