We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our company in Abu Dhabi. Our ideal candidate must have a degree in Human Resources, Management or similar fields, with at least 5 years of experience in the HR field.

As a successful HR Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective HR strategies that will help us to achieve our business objectives. You will be expected to manage all aspects of human resource management including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, development and retention.

You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as you will be dealing with people from different backgrounds and cultures. You will need to be creative and proactive in identifying solutions and taking action when needed.

Our ideal candidate should have great organizational skills and be able to lead a team successfully. You should also have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

In return for your hard work, we offer a competitive salary of 1700 USD per month (or equivalent). We are also open to considering foreign applicants for this position.
