Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Salary: 1700 AED/Month

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's human resources activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

The HR Manager must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as an in-depth understanding of the relevant UAE labor legislation and regulations. They must also be able to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing people strategies in alignment with the company’s business objectives;
• Managing recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding;
• Identifying training needs and organizing development plans;
• Handling employee relations issues such as grievances or absences;
• Overseeing performance management processes;
• Managing payroll administration processes;
• Ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent qualification;
• Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role;
• In-depth knowledge of UAE Labor Law and regulations;
• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks; • Good problem solving skills; • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities; • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel); • Fluency in English (verbal & written).
