Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Painter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for painting both interior and exterior of residential and commercial buildings as well as other structures such as schools and offices. They should have a strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and knowledge of the best painting techniques to ensure a high-quality finished product. The salary is 1000 per month and we are open to foreign candidates.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by washing them, removing old paint or wallpaper, filling holes with spackling compound, sanding surfaces etc.
• Use various tools such as scrapers, wire brushes, paintbrushes etc to prepare the surface for painting
• Mix colors according to instructions
• Apply primers or sealers before applying the actual coat of paint
• Work on interior walls, ceilings, trims etc using appropriate tools
• Work on exterior walls using brush work or spray guns
• Select appropriate paints or finishes such as lacquers or varnishes that suit the requirements of the project
• Clean up after the job is complete by disposing used materials responsibly

Job Requirements
• High school diploma/GED required; completion of a vocational training program in painting preferred
• Certified painter preferred but not required
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a professional painting environment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proven ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality

• Knowledge of various types of paints and finishes used in both residential and commercial settings

• Excellent time management skills coupled with excellent attention to detail

• Ability to follow instructions accurately
