Job Description for Librarian, Abu Dhabi

We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Librarian to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This position offers a competitive salary of 1700AED per month.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on library policies, procedures, and services; organizing and cataloging library collections; maintaining library resources; developing new library programs and activities; delivering informational sessions to students, faculty, and staff; assisting patrons with using computer hardware, software, and electronic databases; developing digital collections; and creating promotional materials for the library.

The ideal candidate should be customer-service oriented with excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic. A bachelor's degree in Library Science or a related field is required. We are willing to consider foreigners for this position. Minimum work experience is not required but preferred.
