Job Description:
We are looking for a self-motivated and driven Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening and selecting potential candidates for open positions within the company. This will involve searching online platforms such as job boards, social media, and databases to identify suitable applicants. You will also be expected to conduct interviews with potential candidates over the phone or in person.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• 3+ years’ experience recruiting in the UAE
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws
• Excellent communication skills (verbal/written) with the ability to build relationships quickly
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and HRIS systems
• Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize tasks accordingly
• We are ready to consider an immigrant with minimal work experience
