Job Description:
We are seeking an ambitious sales manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and leading a team of salespeople. The salary for this role is 1300 AED per month. We are open to considering immigrant candidates with minimal work experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet the company’s objectives
• Manage and lead a team of sales staff
• Monitor daily performance of the sales team to ensure targets are met
• Set individual targets for the sales staff and monitor progress
• Analyze customer behavior and adjust strategies accordingly
• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors’ activities to identify new opportunities for growth
• Prepare accurate reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products or services
• Build relationships with key customers in order to increase revenue potentials
• Develop promotional materials to increase brand awareness

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Proven track record in sales management with 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Solid knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
