Construction Manager

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the completion of all phases of construction projects, from planning and design to construction and completion.

This position offers a competitive salary of 1300 AED per month. We are open to considering applicants with immigrant status.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement project plans, budgets, schedules, and goals
• Monitor and manage project progress by tracking activity, resolving issues, and making adjustments as needed
• Oversee the selection of material suppliers, subcontractors and other vendors for quality assurance
• Prepare detailed reports on progress, budgets, and other project-related matters
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations during construction
• Maintain positive relationships with clients throughout the project duration
• Facilitate meetings between subcontractors, suppliers, owners and other stakeholders if necessary

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience)
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Solid understanding of budgeting principles for construction projects
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on safety first mentality
