Office administrator job in Abu-Dhabi UAE

We are looking for an organized Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should be a pro-active team player with great communication skills and a good command of English. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position.

The Office Administrator will support the smooth running of the office as well as providing general administrative and clerical support. The role includes but is not limited to answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, performing data entry, maintaining records, managing the reception area and other duties related to office management.

The successful candidate should have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, however we are willing to consider applicants without it as long as they are eager to learn new things.
