Required Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must have at least 3 years of experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing setting. You should possess strong mechanical aptitude as well as excellent problem-solving skills. A basic understanding of electronics principles is also required for this role. Proficiency in reading blueprints is essential, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

As our CNC operator, your main responsibility will be to operate our CNC machines according to established safety protocols while meeting production targets set by management. You should also be able to troubleshoot any technical issues that arise during the machine operation process and communicate effectively with other personnel in order to resolve them quickly and efficiently. Other duties include monitoring machine performance indicators such as speed, accuracy, etc., maintaining accurate records of production runs, and performing preventative maintenance on the machines as needed.
