Job Title: Web Developer
Location: Al-Kuwait
Salary: 1500

We are looking for an experienced web developer to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have minimal experience and excellent knowledge of web development technologies and tools.

Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain websites and web applications
• Improve existing codebase and optimize web applications for maximum speed.
• Create high-quality user experience with website layout, design, navigation and coding practices.
• Write well-designed, testable, efficient code using best software development practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug and maintain existing websites/applications.
• Develop functional and appealing websites/web applications based on user requirements.
• Ensure cross-platform optimization for mobile devices.
• Optimize website performance with caching strategies, website compression etc.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of experience in web development using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript etc.
• Knowledge of various programming languages such as PHP, Java & Ruby on Rails is a plus.
• Experience with databases such as MySQL & MongoDB is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment with good communication skills.
