Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Lawyer to join our team based in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will possess a deep knowledge of local and international laws, understand the legal implications of business decisions and be able to provide sound advice for our clients.

Responsibilities:
• Advise clients on legal matters pertaining to their business interests
• Research and analyze laws, regulations, precedents and documents
• Draft, review and negotiate contractual agreements
• Represent clients in court hearings or during negotiations with other attorneys
• Prepare legal documents such as wills, trusts, contracts and pleadings
• Develop strategies to protect client’s rights and interests
• Monitor changes in applicable laws and regulations
Requirements:
• Law Degree from an accredited institution
• Fluency in the English language (Arabic is a plus)
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
• High attention to detail with strong analytical skills
We offer a competitive salary of 1300 KWD per month for this position. We are willing to consider foreign applicants as well.
