Travel Agent Vacancy – Al-Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Travel Agent to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will earn a salary of 1100. We are open to consider immigrants for this position.

Job Description:

As a Travel Agent you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients, booking and organizing flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, vacation packages, as well as other travel related services. You will also be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally you will be required to keep up to date with airline routes and schedules as well as other travel related information.

Needs for the Candidate:

The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, good organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task efficiently. Previous experience in the travel industry is preferred but not essential. The candidate should also have knowledge of computer systems such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) or equivalent software programs, familiarity with GDS (Global Distribution Systems) is an advantage but not mandatory.
