Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Recruiter to join our team in Al-Kuwait to help us find the best talent for our company. The ideal candidate should be able to identify qualified candidates and evaluate their skills with the ultimate goal of recruiting the best person for the job.

Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies using various sources such as job boards, networking, internal databases, etc.
• Screen resumes and applications to determine potential candidates for open roles
• Conduct phone interviews with potential candidates to assess their suitability for roles
• Organize in-person interviews with qualified candidates and coordinate travel arrangements if needed
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure timely feedback and communication
• Maintain accurate records of all interviews and applicant information in our database
• Analyze hiring trends, review employee surveys, and suggest changes in recruitment strategies as needed

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred but not required
• Proven experience as a recruiter or similar role is mandatory
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders • Excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail
