We are seeking a highly qualified Security Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The position is responsible for developing, maintaining, and employing security measures across the organization. This includes physical security, as well as digital security measures. The successful candidate will be able to ensure the safety of our personnel, facilities, and information stored in our databases.

The job requires a sound knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations regarding security management, as well as an understanding of current security technologies and best practices. The Security Manager will work closely with internal departments to provide advice on improving security procedures and practices, and must have the ability to communicate effectively with other departments in order to ensure that all security requirements are met. The job requires excellent organizational skills in order to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Security Management or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. In addition, they should have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about potential risks and threats to the organization’s assets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required for this role in order to collaborate effectively with internal departments as well as external stakeholders. Finally, knowledge of relevant software programs is beneficial for this position.
