Secretary job in Doha Qatar


We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills and demonstrate a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and ensuring that all daily tasks are completed efficiently. This includes managing office supplies, scheduling appointments, preparing reports, maintaining records, and coordinating with other departments. The Secretary must also be able to effectively manage multiple tasks while remaining organized and efficient in their work.

Additionally, the Secretary should have excellent computer skills and be comfortable working with databases, word processing programs, spreadsheets, and other software tools. Knowledge of other languages is an asset but not essential for this role. We are offering a competitive salary of 1000 QAR per month for the right candidate who has minimal work experience. Foreigners are welcome to apply for this position.
