Job Requirements
• Proven experience as a Florist or similar role
• Knowledge of flower types, colors, textures, styles, trends etc.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards

Job Description

The Florist will be responsible for creating stunning flower arrangements for special occasions such as weddings, funerals, anniversaries etc. The Florist will be expected to source flowers from local suppliers, create attractive displays and assist customers with their needs. The successful candidate must be able to work well under pressure and show attention to detail at all times. Other duties include:

• Creating flower arrangements according to customers’ preferences
• Researching new flower types/trends
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the store/workstation
• Keeping up-to-date with flower prices/availability

Other Relevant Info:

The successful candidate must be available to work during weekends and holidays when required. Prior experience in the floristry industry is preferred but not mandatory – enthusiasm and creativity are key!
