Position Title: Executive Chef

Location: Doha, Qatar

Salary: 1000 QAR

We are currently looking for an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in a similar role. This position is responsible for leading the kitchen staff and managing all aspects of food preparation. The Executive Chef will oversee the selection, purchase and storage of ingredients; ensure that menus reflect current tastes; create new recipes; maintain high standards of food quality; and ensure that kitchen staff adhere to safety and health regulations. The successful candidate must be able to think creatively, work under pressure, stay organized while multitasking, and possess excellent leadership skills.

The Executive Chef will be expected to develop recipes that reflect current tastes and trends while maintaining the highest levels of quality for our guests. The chef will be responsible for managing the inventory of ingredients, ensuring that they are properly stored and rotated, as well as selecting suppliers based on cost-effectiveness and quality of product. The chef will also be required to create menus that reflect seasonal availability, accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions, while maintaining budget constraints set by management. Furthermore, the Executive Chef must also ensure that all kitchen staff adhere to safety and health regulations while preparing meals in a timely manner.

In addition to managing the kitchen staff, the Executive Chef will also be expected to lead by example when it comes to customer service standards. This includes taking orders from guests in a professional manner, answering any questions they may have about menu items or preparation methods, monitoring food presentation when it leaves the kitchen area and addressing customer complaints promptly.
