Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. Job Description
The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of their assigned department in order to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The Supervisor will also be responsible for managing staff, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, providing coaching and guidance, identifying areas of improvement, resolving any conflicts or issues that arise, and helping to create a positive working environment. In addition, the Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring budgets, preparing reports, training new staff members, managing customer service inquiries or complaints, developing new processes or procedures when needed, and ensuring that customer service standards are met at all times.
